Configure SNR from Phone - UC540

I am having trouble configured a UC540 so that users can modify their own SRN settings directly from the phone. SNR works fine but I have to configure each snr number from the CLI:

snr 6175551234 delay 1 timeout 15 cfwd-noan 2001

I have configured the following to allow user configuration from their Services > My Phone Apps button on the 7945 IP phone:

ephone  1
phone-ui snr
description * Main Phone *
mac-address 0018.191A.EE9F
username "cisco" password 1234
type 7945
button  1:1

But when the users press Services > My Phone Apps they get the message "function not enabled".

What am I missing?

It was configured correctly. I reset the UC540 and the menu options are now working. When in doubt, reboot!
