CUCME7 : Cannot hear Music On Hold Internaly

How can I do if i want to hear MoH from my ipphones : just for internal calls, and voip calls with CUCME 4.3.

I've already configured moh flash:music-on-hold.au in the telephony service

I've also tested this : moh music-on-hold.aubut no success

You must use multicast MOH for this to work for internal phones.
