UCCE DIALER CAMPAIGN HOW TO DIAL CUSTOMER WITH EXT

I have configured outbound campaign,  everything work fine. but I cant dial to customer begin conmutador and then dial the extension,

I saw that un import file I can add the field phoneEXT1 and so on. how can achieve this?

any ideas?

That field is only used for matching records to the Do Not Call list. The dialer only dials the main number, it would be up to the agent to dial the rest.
