Hello Hassan,
from experience usually this kind of events lead to a linecard change if it happens multiple times.
The impact is confined to that linecard not to the whole device.
So keep an eye on it: if it happens other times try to have the linecard extracted and then reseated firmly.
IF it is not enough it is time for an RMA of the linecard
To be noted if someone issued the "appropriate" command the module had been reset and you can see this kind of messages as well as a result of the given command.
Hope to help
Giuseppe

Hello Hassan,
the linecard on slot 1 a 67xx module with a DFC has been restarted and some messages come from the DFC daughter card

is the module up and running now?
you can check this with sh module
you can look in log buffer with sh log if there are errors related to module 1 before the restarting. The supervisor can have forced a reload because for example the linecard didn't answered to keepalives that are sent on the backplane to check modules health.
Has this happened only once or more times?
Hope to help
Giuseppe

Hello Giuseppe,
This is from one of our clients and he was concerned about the error.
The module is up and running.
We could not find any useful information from the logs.
But i was wondering if this can affect the functionality of the switch or could even lead to a failure.
We are not sure as this came when he was logged on to the switch.
Regards,
Hassan.
