Issue updating locales on ipphone

Hello guys,

I have the following issue with a cluster of  Pub  and 1 Subscriber. CCM version 6.1.4.2190-3 more than 750 ip phone.

When i try to change the locale english to spanish i see the following  on the logs :

The customer dont have CTL service activated ( voice secure is not enable)
I restarted ccm and tftp service and the same...
If i make a fresh reboot i resolved this issue?
I see the db replication status and is OK

Hi

This isn't a locale error - the phone is trying to download the phone load, but cannot as it does not pass the signing check.

To get around this you first need to upgrade to an interim version of code (you may find there is another version for that handset type in your CCM TFTP server already) by inserting the load name into the Phone Load field for the affected handsets.

Hello Aaron thanks for your reply,

Today im on another customer with the same cluster&scenario .And i have the same issue with phones models 7911/7912.

But finally with manual reset and changing the device pool is ok . But when i send reset from ccm the telephone doesnt receive the reset message.
