transferring DLU's from one call mgr to another

You need the sales order number. The PAK from the original license. The old MAC address and the new MAC address. Send an email to licensing@cisco.com with that information and they should be able to help. You may not need all of this, but I don't like having more than one or two e-mail exchanges with the licensing team.
