Hi Cisco,

We are trying to add a couple of existing subscribers into an existing public distribution list. Under the PDL called "Floor Clients", I goto Members, click on Add Selected Subscribers and when I do a search of the for the subscribers extension number, the result is blank.

The subscriber is setup the same as all the other subscibers already a member of the Floor Client Public Distribution List.

Is there anything I may have missed?
