Unity restoration [help req]

My client is using Cisco Unity 4.0 Build 4.0(5), Lotus Notes 6.5. I want to restore backup for the client using DiRT backup. Can any one guide me step by step procedure for the backup beacuse i have no expertise in Unity.

Here's your step by step.  http://www.ciscounitytools.com/Applications/Unity/DIRT/DIRT.html  Watch all the videos - especially the Lotus supplemental video.  Read the Help file backwards and forwards.  You should be good.

I am getting the attached error in the Cisco Unity 4.0 Message Store Configuration Wizard. Please help resolve the error

The error is fairly straightforward.  Have you installed DUCS on the server and, if so, is it the exact same version as was installed before?
