i have client that had the callmanager 4.1.3 integrated with LDAP and would usually login using the ldap username and password.

client removed the cluster from the network and now cannot loggin to ccm administrator website because it is still trying authenticate to the LDAP server.

is there a way i can have the cluster not authenticate with LDAP without putting the cluster back on the network? or can i reset the ccm administrator password(without putting the cluster back on the network?

please advise

The CCMpwdchanger tool requres access to the LDAP to work, you need to put the server back into the domain and let it reach the LDAP server

Otherwise you'd need to go back to DCD
