CME 4.1 FXO PSTN Calls

Can someone please give me a little help.

I'm trying to get my FXO port to dial out over the PSTN to make outbound calls. I've got the FXO port connected to an extension from my main line - I still want inbound calls to ring on my home phone which is connected to the main phone point.

I've attached my config if someone could please have a look.

I can dial an external number, the LED on the FXO port flashes briefly and then I just get an engaged tone ???

Take "debug vpm signal" with "term mon".

I've also tried setting up an SPA3102 and am getting the same problem.

Lift receiver and get dial tone, Dial the numbers and it makes the dialing tones then goes back to the initial dial tone before giving an engaged/busy tone.

I'll post the debug output to see if this makes any sence.
