I've recently completed a Call Manager upgrade from version 4.2.3 to version 7.1.3. The upgrade went well with the exception of 4 x 7936 Conference phones. Each of these phones now are having intermittent issues. The most recent one being during a conference call - the volume buttons stopped working as did selected numerical buttons.
Has anyone else seen any behaviour such as this? My only thinking is the possible firmware version it is running. It is currently running cmterm_7936.3-3-20-0 which looks to be the latest and greatest version.
