we are using IPCC 7.1.4 with CVP 3.1 , the issue is that about half of the calls that routed to agents failed before reaching the agent, exaclty they faild on the failed path of queue to skill group node, I donot knlow the reason behind that, but in mind that this happen after addining new 2 E1 to that call center.
