I've set up night service on a UC540, but I can't get it to toggle on/off. It goes on and off correctly during the specified night service hours, but the manual code (*499) does not seem to work to turn it on/off during regular business hours. Am I missing something? How do you enter the toggle code?

This is my fault for suggesting in one of my labs to use the *4xx code, since that conflicts with FAC (Facility Access Codes).
Try using *2xx and it should work better since it wont conflict...

Thanks, Steve... I changed it to *299 and it now works perfectly!
