Does Cisco provide a MIB entry for duplex on any of its devices? None of my monitoring tool seem to be able to pickup duplex settings from Cisco gears.

Try with this "c2900PortDuplexState" "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.87.1.4.1.1.31" "c2900PortDuplexStatus" "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.87.1.4.1.1.32" and check out the below link also.

found the MIB as part of EtherLike-MIB DEFINITIONS

dot3StatsDuplexStatus OBJECT-TYPE
         SYNTAX      INTEGER {
                         unknown(1),
                         halfDuplex(2),
                         fullDuplex(3)
