Call Collecting UC560 Oak Call Logger

Hi All,

has anyone setup oak call logger with the UC560? or any of the UC500 range? i need to know what i need to do in order to get this working it is rather urgent but the lead time for Oak to fix it is 2 weeks which is far too long.

your help would be much appreciated

We have not tested this inside of Cisco. The only supported call interpretation solutions are listed on:
