Unfortunately, I wanted to do something like this a few years back (version 4x) and found it wasn't possible because the functionality was built into CCM Serviceability (i.e., QRT Data Viewer). Beginning in CUCM 5x, I believe the QRT Viewer was moved to the Trace and Log Central portion of RTMT but I don't think you can automate a way to pull the info.
