A strange error message in the "Cisco Unified Communications Manager Real Time Monitoring Tool, Module version 8.0(015), Plugin version 8.0(000).

Hi,

From my "Cisco Unified CM Administration - System version 7.0.1.11000-2" I have downloaded and installed the "Cisco Unified CM Real-Time Monitoring Tool - Windows" pluging. When I open this program and can see the status on all the things in here, I recieve a Warning every minut (I have attached a screendump of the error) that is sent to a email account that does not exist.

The Alert Name is "LowAttendantConsoleServerHeartbeatRate", with the Description "Attendant Console Server heartbeat rate below 24 beats per minute. Current heartbeat rate is 0 beats per minuts. The alert is generated on .... (date, hour, GMT and so on)"

I have tried to find some information on this error, but can not find any, so I do not know what it is or what I can do about it.

Can you help me?

Kind regards,

Carl-Marius

Hi Rob,

Life has been good to me the last couple of months, and once again you were absolute right, a restart of the service solved the problem.

Thank you again for your help!

Kind regards,

Carl-Marius
