Barge and funcionalities

Hi Good morning,

My name is Daniel and i want to ask a bit about some features at Cisco. First i will try to explain what i want and what about funcionalities.

I have 3 phones (A, B , C)

When A call's B i want that C that have shared line with A can :

1º Only listen the conference

2º If he/she wants can join and talk

I have tried with Barge and CBarge but the funcionality joins directly at the call or conference without 1º option (only listen).

Someone knows if this can be possible? I know the tones can be configured and disabled and all privacity options ( options phones profiles)

Hi,

Barge does not provide a listen only functionality. Barge allow users who share a line to be joined to an active call.

To get this funcionality should be necesary something like ipcc? or how can i do? :S

Yes with IPCC, The supervisor/Team model can achieve this. Supervisors can listen to the conversation of their team members without barging in.
