Hi all

We are configuring a new core of 4 cat 6500's they will run layer 3 between them using eigrp, the network will sit on the 10.110.0.0/16 addresses, the specialist wants to install an additional static route on them pointing 10.110.0.0/16 to null 0, he said else there could be loops, why would this be ? nad why do we need this route ?
