CCM6 and MGCP gateway :Called number not seen with "show voice call statu" command

Hi,

I've configured a CCM with a voice gatway that use E1 PRI.

CCM use SIP and MGCP to make outbound call through the voice gateway.

I will use MGCP at the end. The SIP is just for temporary test.

Question : How to display the called numbe when the E1 port is managed by MGCP?

1/ If I use SIP I can see the called number when I do the show voice call status command

2/ If I use MGCP,then I cannot see the called number when using this same command.

I'm using the voice call status for troubleshooting

DescriptionCallIDCallIDccVdbPortDSP/ChCalled #Codec Dial-peers
SIP call0x979B733C50x483A9C400/2/0:15.230/6:1*033140599g711ulaw0/51
MGCP call0x979D211E20x483AB6800/3/0:15.310/3:6*        g711ulaw0/0
SIP call0x97AEB362B0x483A9C400/2/0:15.210/6:6*0320413446g711ulaw0/51

Is there any solution?

Or I have to see the CDR? But its result is not instantly

Best regards,

Antra

Hi,

Have you tried "show isdn active"

Please rate all useful posts

I've tried, but it just show the calls that use SIP calls  :

All calls that display star and nothing after are calls made from MGCP

Then you need to run a "debug isdn q931" and be sure you can see the Calling and called number from the MGCP gateway.
