I have a customer that I need to configure fax-to-email for on a UC540. Everything I have read on the forum and at UC500.com states that you need the following app to get the fax-to-email inbound/outbound service working but that is for UC520 devices. The app is app_faxmail_onramp.2.0.1.3.tcl but when I go to download it it is no longer there.

I have two questions. 1) Will fax-to-email configurations for the UC520 be the same for the UC540? 2) Where can I download app_faxmail_onramp.2.0.1.3.tcl

The commands should be the same for UC540. You can use the following document as a reference to configure from start to finish:

That is the document I was looking for. Thank you. However, when I follow this link http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/tclware to download the application it takes me to a page that displays the information below. Please advise.

Hi Marcos,

I have tried the link that you have to download app_faxmail_onramp.2.0.1.3.tcl but it does not work. Could please provide a link where I can download the file.

Click first result.

Note, you need a valid support contract to download.
