Just looking for any gotcha's when integrating Call Manager with LDAP. All users have been setup with username that are exactly like their domain username. What happens with their profile and the device association once LDAP integration is enabled? Do we have to go back in and re-associate each user with their device after LDAP is enabled?

A: No, you don't have to.

Assuming you are talking about CUCM 5 or later then when you enable LDAP synchronisation then all existing end users will be deleted.
Any phones or EM profiles will remain but you will have some work to do with BAT to complete user details, associate devices etc.
