I have installed the CCX7.0 Supervisor Desktop 6.6(1),
and i can see all the agents status ...
The problem is ... when an agent is on call, i will like to barge-in the conversation
after I selected the Agent
the barge-in and intercept buttons are still grey out,
Am I missing any setting in CM or in UCCX ??
First thing - I think you need to click the actual call that the agent is on (i.e. click the + next to the agent, then click the 'Inbound' call).
Also if the agent is in a non-talking state (hold, multiple calls, etc, or if your phone is not on-hook) it won't work.
