You can configure trunk port on any of the ASA 5510 interfaces and configure sub-interfaces + assigned the vlan in the sub-interface.

Yes we know but we need to configure "switchport mode trunk" command on physical interface because of design of our network.

You don't have to and can't configure the command "switchport mode trunk" on the ASA. ASA only supports dot1q trunk, and once you configure sub-interfaces on that physical interface, the physical interface automatically becomes a trunk port.
