Hi all. Its bee 2 years since I last really looked into CCME parts. We've got a 2811 with CCME running on it and we'd now like voicemail for around 20 users. Now the part AIM-CUE=  rings a bell for the voicemail card - but I cant remember how many mailboxes that supports and im not sure of the part number for additional mailboxes (to go up to 20)

can anyone help?

thanks!

Hi Huw,

Hope all is well buddy!

You'll want to note that the AIM-CUE has been announced as EoL

End-of-Sale and End-of-Life Announcement for the Cisco Unity Express Advanced Integration Module (AIM-CUE and AIM-CUE=)

End-of-Life Announcement Date = March 29, 2010

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6789/ps5745/ps5520/end_of_life_C51-593700.html

So you are probably looking at the AIM2-CUE-K9 with licensing for 1-100 users

Cheers!

Hey Rob!

Cheers. as its for us i'll probably end up buying the older AIM-CUE unit (i think its on sale till september) as i'll probably have to upgrade the software on our 2811 to take the new fancy card and there arn't enough hours in the day for me to attempt that.

Any idea how many licences the bog standard AIM-CUE CAME with?

Hey Huw,

No worries my friend

I believe the "base" license is for 12 users and the next hop

is for 25 users.

Cheers!

Rob
