Turning Off Call Waiting...

I am working on a 6.1.2 UCM cluster and the customer would like call-waiting shut off for crtain sets.  THey would prefer that additional calls roll over to the next line.  I have reduced the max calls and busy threshold to 2 and 1 respectivly, but these sets are still getting call waiting.  How do I turn this off?  Preferably on a set by set basis.

Hi

If you have definitely set those parameters, then perhaps you just need to reset the phones?
