LMS 3.2 UTU 2.0 Not Working

I work for a Cisco Training Partner and am developing labs for the CWLMS class. I have LMS 3.2 setup in a vmware environment and am having trouble getting UTU 2.0 to work. I have the following Products installed on the LMS server:

I can run User Tracking Reports from within Campus, but have no success when trying to run reports using UTU 2.0. I have UTU 2.0 setup on an XP wirtual machine. The following screen shots display the setup and results of UTU on the XP VM.

As you can see, I keep getting "No Data From Server" and the following message

Below is a shot of my UTU settings. Any ideas as to why this may not be working?

UTU 2.0 only runs on Campus 5.2.1. Upgrade and it should start working.
