1.For Ccx preview dialer I can load the campaign from CCX.During preview mode agent gets a screen pop up and dialer dials outon agent acceptance.The call status is updated in ccx db.
2. I also read when crm integration is successful , from a phone I can search a party to be called from Crm Db.
Question- how the outbound dialer and crm outbound functionality would coexist and work.Won't there by any clash. Will both will have different DB for outbound numbers or Preview dialer function can be integrated with CRM to pick up numbers from CRM Dataase.
