Route traffic on Dual WAN by destination IP on a RV016 - help.

Currently trying to conifure a RV016 to direct traffic over...basically two ISP's.

WAN1 is our engineering dept's new T1 line.

WAN2 is the parent company's T1 (split 1000 ways and slow).

All Engineering machines are on 172.16.x.x, plugged into a switch, with one port jumping over to our router.

Basically I'm trying to route all 192.168.x.x traffic (mail, parent company intranet, ERP systems, ect) down WAN2, and all other traffic (alternate mail, web, ect) down WAN1.

For whatever reason we can't seem to get it to work under System Managment settings. Despite all settings and routes it still decides to take it's own route once in a while. A tracert on www.facebook.com (66.220.153.19) will result in two times going the WAN1 (correctly), and a third going WAN2 (incorrect). Almost like it's load balancing even though we told it not to.

Wondering if anyone has a suggestion on what we might be doing wrong here.
