Unity Connection Reporting

I am not sure if I can get reporting out of Unity Conn or not. I want to be able to see

Auto Attendants which numbers are selected. Of Course if possible by day or week, or month.

Log into https:///cuservice and Select "Tools" then "Reports".  There is a pre-canned Call Handler Traffic Report.  It will give you the following:


  • Total number of calls.
  • Number of times  each key on the phone keypad was pressed.
  • Extension.
  • Invalid extension.
  • Number of times  the after greeting action occurred.
  • Number of times  the caller hung up.
