Answered Question
Apr 21st, 2010

Hi,

I'm planning to take CCSP exam starting from next month. I'm currently holding a CCNP which will expire only in March'2011.

Can folks here, please help me to clear if with CCNP i am eligible to take CCSP exam. or anyother thing i must know.

I was trying to get some help from Cisco, but my specific id doesnt seem working for lack of password and cant trace it for now.

Thanks & Appreciate all your help!

HI,

Since You have taken CCNP before CCNA is expired, I am sure your CCNA is also valid.

You can go ahead for your CCSP.

All the best.

Thanks

Thanks for reply. I do have CCNA, but it may not be valid now , as i took CCNP before CCNA was about to expire.

Would this be a problem.  Since i am planning to take a parallel professional track same as CCNP, is it necessary they need CCNA to appear for CCSP and CCNP wont suffice.

Thanks!
