Solved: UCM - Where do you see what phone is been used by Ext Mobility

Hi

Call managed 6.1.2.1000-13

I have a profile using extention mobility and that profile is logged into a phone

I am struggling to find which phone this profile is logged into?

I cannot look at the back of the phone for the mac as I am remote - but unable to see where you find this?

Hi

Go to Device/Phones in CCMAdmin.

To the right of the screen just below the drop-down menus there is an 'Actively Logged In Device Report' - click 'Go' next to that.

You can then use the find criteria to search by directory number, profile name etc.
