Auto Attendant tcl script

Dear all,

I have my tcl script for Auto Attendant in Voice gateway router. But but script has some problems:

- The script promt: "press direct extension number or press 0 for help".

- If I input extension number, the call connect immediately. (eg. press 4000, it works)

- If I press 0, it takes about 15 second to connect to operation number (4100). In script file, I map dtmf press 0 with number 4100.

- If I press 00 or 0#, it map to 4100 and connect immediately.

So please tell me how to fix this problem. Or if anyone has good tcl script, could you please share it for me. Thank you very much.
