Hello There

Hardware : cisco 7300 (NSE100) processor (revision E)
IOS: c7300-p-mz.122-31.SB6.bin
CARD: Subslot 2/0: SPA-2GE-7304 Software version :  4.18

I got my gig interface I created vlans, which means I get sub interfaces. For a point to point connection  to a Juniper box it does work when i used an existing vlans (vlan created since a while but not used) but when I am creating a new vlan or sub interface I cannot see the remote host in my ARP table or I can see it but it desappear after few seconds..

The config is basic on the cisco box:

int gig2/0/0.705

encapsulation dot1Q 705
ip vrf forwarding XXXXXX
ip address XXXXXXX 255.255.255.252
no snmp trap link-status
no cdp enable

With vlan705  I can see the remote host MAC in my ARP table

int gig2/0/0.790

encapsulation dot1Q 790
  ip vrf forwarding XXXXXX
  ip address XXXXXXX 255.255.255.252
  no snmp trap link-status
  no cdp enable

With vlan 790 I can't or I see it for a few seconds and desappeared. Note I did try with new vlans 789 etc etc same issues.

Config on both sides have been check and re check. I mean it's a point to point which means it should be straight forward?

Is someone already got this type of bug? I mean there is a limit of vlans which hasn't been reach on the card and no errors-warning message  in the logs.

Any suggestions are more than welcome
