I think I found the answer to all my SPA9000/400 problems

The answer is this: This product pair is apparently past it's End-Of-Life.  My reasoning is that there has not been a new firmware release for about 1.5 years.

Why do I care?  Because it's time to give up with this product and this forum, and move on to find a replacement IPBX, which is unfortunate since this setup is less than 2 months old and I spent too much time with all the bugs.

Unfortunately, you are right.

I don't know why cisco stills prommoting selling this equipment if they are not supporting them anymore.

I'm in Mexico and I purchased them about 3 months ago, after a presentation they invited me to assist, they worked very well on the demo but now I'm having a lot of problems.

Does anyone know a good replacement for them?
