CTIOS Agent Desktop eAnswer error

Hello,

I have an agent who prefers to answer his calls by clicking on the answer icon on the softphone. Every once in a while however, calls RONA and he gets the error message below:


[call.5000.77033891.7042]: Operation
eAnswerCallRequest was not successful on object
call.5000.77033891.7042

I don't see anything abnormal that can cause him to miss calls. He is the only person to report such problem.

Any suggestions?

The environment is UCCE 7.2(6) with IPIVR 4.0(5) and he is on CTI OS 6.0.

Hi Geoff,

I know some agents are aware of the Ring No Answer threshold and they answer calls right before the treshold expires. I will monitor closed and see if that is the case here.
