I have an agent who prefers to answer his calls by clicking on the answer icon on the softphone. Every once in a while however, calls RONA and he gets the error message below:
eAnswerCallRequest was not successful on object
I don't see anything abnormal that can cause him to miss calls. He is the only person to report such problem.
The environment is UCCE 7.2(6) with IPIVR 4.0(5) and he is on CTI OS 6.0.
