DMP 4305 (5.2) not playing .jpg files???

First time working with DMS 5.2 and I just found that it randomly play some .jpg files while some other .jpg files not.

One of the presentations I created had both video and .jpg images (this background image is one of those for demos created by someone in  Cisco) and when I pushed the presentation to the display it showed the video playlist and some other .jpg files but not the background image. Then I created another presentation that is formed for all .jpg including four .jpg playlist and none is being displayed.

Please Upload the Sample .jpg files that you are having issues with.

Also please provide a "detailed" description of the Presentation format

so I can try to recreate issue or find solution.
