Solved: Unity 4.0, extension will leave a voice mail and the VM isn't received by the end user

Hi,

internal extension 0934 leave a voice mail and the voice mail isn't landing in the mailbox or on the phone of the end user, the extension recives voicemail fine.

Start by checking in the ADUC the user has the "allow inheritable permissions to propagate..." and run the PW.

Permissions Wizard - rerun the Permissions Wizard. You can run in report mode and see if you get errors. If so, you'll need to rerun it to set permissions correctly. If you continue to have issues after doing so, it's likely that these users are members of AD protected groups (Admins, Exchange Admins, Print Operators, etc).
