Problem NAC Agent 4.7.2.10

Hello,

I have a problem with Nac agent 4.7.2.10, when i installed it in desktops with SO Vista Enterprise the SO was very slow; sometimes I need to reinstall the SO. We have Symantec Endprotection 11.5 in desktops.

Any suggestion? Anybody know someone software for do troubleshooting to fix this problem?
