9124e (integrated) ISL'd with brocade 5300

anybody had any luck with ISL'n an HP blade chasssis 9124e with a brocade director (in this case a 5300).

any pointers would be helpful...

i would look into enabling NPIV on 5300 and NPV on the 9124e. This way you don't need to mess with interop mode, much easier to manage.

Just follow the information in the docs regarding interop mode 3, should work with the caveats well documented. Read the cisco MDS interopability guide.
