Hi Guys,
I'm aware that multiple domains synchronization in single forest is possible.
Unfortunately, I've read several SRNDs and forums and still can't find out if CUCM 6.X is able to sync users from multiple domains in different forests.
I tried it and it failed, unfortunately I've never found any document that clearly states this is not possible.
I only need to authenticate to 1 domain, but I need to sync user from 2 domain.
Is it possible? Any help will be appreciated, thank you.

It is only supported on CUCM 8.0. Let me see if I can dig up the docs.

Your issue is that a synchronization agreement for a domain will not synchronize users outside of that domain nor within a child domain because Unified CM does not follow AD referrals during the synchronization process.
Read the "Additional Considerations for Microsoft Active Directory" section of the SRND here:
http://www.planetcisco.org/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/srnd/7x/directry.html
It discusses sync with multiple AD domains as well as discontiguous namespaces.

Wow, thank you, Michael and David. Now I know the reason.
