Unity Connectino Error 502

Hi All,

I am using unity connection version 7.0, one of the user is not able to leave a message on any IP phone, when she leaves a message, she gets a message back from unity says "you can not leave a message for unknown reason, error 502".

any suggestion would be very appreciated.

Hi Alex,

Not sure if this issue has already been addressed..

If not, kindly send the following details:

++ application logs with the timestamp when the user tried to leave a voicemail for another IP Phone.

++ Any changes made in the recent past to the configuration on the CUC?

++ What is the exact version of CUC?

++ Are other users able to leave a VM for this user in question?

thanks for the reply, but I've opened a case with TAC and it's been resolved.

there was a bug in CUC.
