CUPC and Voicemail Deletion

We are running presense server System version: 7.0.7.10000-11 and CUPC 7.1.1 . We can delete vocie mail from the CUPC but it will not delete from the 7970 phone or exchange. Exchange is 2007 and is on a seperate box. It was working fine when exchange( not sure about the version) and unity were on the same box

Previously we were running Presense 7.0.3 with exchange 2007 but the same issue, we though it might work but still the same issue

I have tried CUPC verison 7.1.1 as well same issue

This is expected. It was documented in CSCtb61341:

If your Unity is partnering with Exchange 2007, CUPC voicemail function might not work properly.  The symptom would be: you delete a voicemail from CUPC, but it's not removed from Exchange.

you are saying no one can delete the voice mail. Every one is having this issue who use the CUPC and exchange. is this true?

This is specific to "deleting voicemail from CUPC".
