Greetings,

We are an Advance UC partner and are looking for a CDR and Call Recording solution.  I've got some recommendations already but I thought others might be able to comment about what works well for them.  We focus on customers from 50-500 right now, we do some call center express, but mainly CUCM, CME, and UC 500.
