Configure PSTN tones for Ukraine in SPA3102

I am trying to configure an SPA3102 for Ukraine, but coming up quite empty in tracking down what the various tones are.  If any reader happens to know the dial,  ring, busy, and/or reorder tone, please post.

Additionally, if anyone can point me to some documentation that contains this information I would greatly appreciate it; note, I have already checked

Annex to ITU OB 781-E, there are no entries for Ukraine in there.

Yes, I am aware of 3am...  Ukraine is conspicuous in its absence from the list of countries.

In case you can't figure out what the correct settings are by looking at documentation you could always use asterisk's record functionality (provided you use asterisk that is) and analyze the audio files in audacity (audacity.sourceforge.net).
It worked for me, at least for tones you can record (such as disconnect tone, or busy tone etc).
