Problem with The Router's memory

hi i have a 3800 router that's used as my internet router in the company  recently i found the router crashes and i have to do hard restart to the router in oreder to be up and running and when logged to the consle of my router i found this error messeage  and i can;t even loggin with my consloe either untill i restart the router
