UCCX Outbound dialing to multiple cell phone numbers

I have a client who is having an issue with outbound dialing campigns.   The dialing campign basically places outbound calls to various numbers.  If a person answers, a prompt is played;  if the call rolls to voicemail, a prompt is played as well.   The probelm seems to occur when multiple "cell phone/google" numbers are placed and when the call rolls to voicemail.   The problem symptom:   the prompt never records on the voicemail and UCCX appears to retry calling the number numerious times.

Currently working with Cisco to see if the issue is with UCCX, the script, or something else.  So far Cisco is stating that UCCX is working correctly...

Attached is the script.  Has anyone ever run into this issue?  Also, it apears that when dialing a single cell phone number (not entering multiple), the outbound dial/prompt recording works just fine.

what is the version of UCCX?  I've tried to open your script with 7.x and it won't open.
