Night Service

We had a problem, where Night service was still active after 09:00. It has been working for over a year and has the same config.

There was an outage this morning and all the phones were down. Once all the switches etc were restored, the night service problem was apparent. All the DDI's worked. We even tried the access code for switching night service and that made no difference. The time and date was also correct. Then all of a sudden the problem disappeared. What I have been trying to find out. Is there a command on the router to show what state the system is in i.e normal hours or night service? or any troubleshooting commands in case it happens again?
