Callmanager services/directory issues

having issues with both the corporate directory and extension mobility services not being available on random phones across numerous vlans on Callmanager 4.1

If you browse to am affected phone, all the correct URL`s are present. A simple phone reset fixes the issue, have followed the Cisco troubleshooting info, and all is configured correctly and has worked for numerous years.

The Publisher where the DC directory is located and is the TFTP server has been rebooted has been done, but the problem persists, is there a particular service I need to reset on the subcribers where the phone are registered with.

any help would be appreciated!
