7962 not getting audio

We have a CallManager in a subnet and a subnet for the ip phones. Between them there is a firewall. We are using SCCP, the ip phones get registered in CallManager, but when a call is made to a 7962 running firmware SCCP42.9-0-2SR2S, the phone rings but there is no audio and the call is finished. In the firewall there is a drop with message "invalid RTP port in StartMedia Transmission message"

Hi Gustavo,

It suprises me that this is the only reference i found in the internet for this issue. I face the same issue with Checkpoint R70 and UCM v8.02.

How did you manage to resolve this issue?
